Design ToolBox creates custom touchscreen interfaces without the high price.

DesignerToolbox blows away the notion that a fully custom, attractive, and useful user interface needs to be expensive or difficult to program. The installer or homeowner can now choose any touch screen or personal computing device that can run a Macromedia Flash™ (Flash) player to act as a fully functional interface to the Vantage system. These devices include Pocket PCs, touch screens, Macintosh and IBM compatible computers, tablet PCs, and even some cellular phones.

The installer is not faced with the design limitations that other "custom" interface products present. DesignerToolbox allows the designer to select from professionally designed libraries of buttons and backgrounds or create something entirely new. Once the interface is created, programming the buttons to work with the Vantage system is quickly and easily accomplished with a unique Vantage navigational DesignerToolbox palette which has been directly integrated into the Flash software.

Vantage's DesignerToolbox allows the home automation market to move from proprietary solutions to off-the-shelf products on an industry standard platform.
