 Contact Input Station/CIS

The Vantage Contact Input Station (CIS) features ten contact input channels for receiving input data from third party devices.

These include dry contact devices such as motion sensors, door contacts, stress sensors and much more.

The CIS provides a single integration point for most sensory inputs. It is also used for various dry contact outputs or external switches from third party systems.

There are a number of types of external switches that are available including magnetic contact switches and momentary switches.

The CIS is installed on the station bus and is programmed using QLink. It also contains connections for Vantage's LightPoint sensor or an external IR receiver.

  • Allows seamless integration with most passive infrared motion detectors, door contacts, stress sensors, light sensors, humidity and temperature sensors, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and more
  • Integrates with security systems and passive inputs
  • Accepts programming through Vantage's QLink software
  • Programs like a simple button press
  • Provides a single integration point for up to ten contact inputs
  • Offers a connection for one external IR receiver and a Vantage LightPoint sensor
  • Installs directly on the Vantage station bus
  • Enables easy system diagnosis through LED indicators
