Q-MODEM

The Q-Modem allows access to a Vantage system from a remote location. Once installed, changes to the Vantage system can be made remotely from any computer with a modem.

This facilitates quick programming changes, diagnostics and other services that would otherwise have to be done on location.

If TeleAccess is added to the Q-Modem it becomes possible to execute commands on the Vantage system via any touch-tone phone. With this feature, a simple call allows a phone to act as a standard keypad with buttons programmed to activate desired functions.
